Kidstock Yoga is a yoga and mindfulness organization that offers after school yoga classes at local schools and organizations. We offer everything from school sponsored programs to Girl Scout badge programs, to private events in the Capital Region. Stay tuned as we add more events and programs around the area.

We provide after school yoga programs throughout the Capital Region. Classes are available for ages K-5, middle and high school. All programs are custom designed to meet the needs of the children.
